What’s Needed:
Professional Licensing
You’ll need a valid professional license (cosmetology, esthetics, nail tech, etc.) to lease a suite.
You will also need an Independent Contractor license issued by the Ohio Board of Cosmetology.
Application
Fill out an application so we can get to know you and your business goals. We’ll set up a tour, answer your questions, and make sure your suite is the perfect fit for you and your clients.
The application fee is $25. This amount is subtracted from the total security deposit.
Business Insurance
You’ll need business liability insurance (don’t worry, we can guide you on where to get it!). This keeps you and your business covered while you focus on making your clients look and feel amazing.
Security Deposit
You’ll place a security deposit to lock in your dream suite. This guarantees your suite is yours—no more waiting, no more wondering, just excitement for your next chapter!
SIgn the Lease Agreement
After signing your lease, you’re ready to move in, personalize your space, and start booking appointments! Bring your tools, set your hours, and get ready to build the business you’ve always dreamed of!
