We've designed our rental process to be as flexible and stress-free as possible. Forget the rigid commitments of a traditional lease; we offer a simple, month-to-month agreement that puts you in control.
Here’s how our transparent, commitment-free approach works:
No Lease, Just an Agreement: You get all the benefits of your own private, professional suite without being tied down by a long-term lease. Our focus is on providing you with ultimate flexibility.
Monthly Rental: Enjoy the freedom to manage your business on your terms. Our agreements are on a month-to-month basis, giving you the agility to adapt as your business grows or your needs change.
Simple Rent Payments: Your suite rental is due conveniently on every Saturday.
Easy Exit, No Penalties: Should your plans change, we only require a 7-day notice if you decide to move on. There are no penalties or termination fees, provided your suite is returned in the same excellent condition you received it. It's truly that simple.
Transparent Upfront Costs: To secure your suite, we require two things at the time of agreement signing:
A non-refundable security deposit of $200.
Your first week of rent.

A valid and current professional license for the specific beauty service (e.g., cosmetology, esthetician, barber, ect.) and an Independent Contractors license

Professional liability insurance is highly recommended, but not required.
Business liability insurance is usually inexpensive. Check the rates with your renters or car insurance company.

The NON-REFUNDABLE security deposit, which is a flat rate of $200, is due at the time of your agreement signing.
