Professional liability insurance is highly recommended, but not required.

Business liability insurance is usually inexpensive. Check the rates with your renters or car insurance company.

The NON REFUNDABLE security deposit, which 50% of your monthly rent, is due at the time of your agreement signing.

Payment of your first months rent is also due at the agreement signing.
