The Launch Pad Program serves as a professional bridge, helping you transition smoothly from beauty school into the professional world.

We want to ensure students gain hands-on experience and begin building a clientele before they even graduate. While schools focus on passing the Board exam, we provide the real-world skills and "beyond-the-surface" knowledge needed to thrive in a salon environment.

  2. Join: Enter the LaunchPad Intern Program.

  3. Graduate: Complete your schooling.

  4. Transition: Move from Intern to Stylist at a discounted rate.

  5. Launch: Fully transition into your own suite.

The Launch Pad Path

What to Expect

    • Mentorship: You will be paired with a specific Sage stylist or work directly under the Sage owner.

    • Compliance: We will assist you in obtaining a boutique license to ensure you are Board-compliant while you learn.

    • Experience: You’ll assist with essential tasks such as shampooing, soak-offs, and take-downs.

    • Credit: Your mentor will report your internship hours to Olivia; these hours translate into future "credit" toward your own suite as you build your books.

  • Once you graduate, you can continue working in the suite at a discounted rate for six weeks to finalize your clientele building.

    • After the initial six-week post-grad period, your suite price will return to the standard market rate.

    • Note: If you choose to move on at this stage, we understand! We are simply honored to have been part of your professional journey.
